Our very own Strategy and Social Media Director, Matt, will also be giving a talk on ‘meeting the challenge of direct to consumer marketing for food producers’ – sharing his thoughts on how to best manage the relationship with the strategically important multis and gain the maximum ROI from a relationship direct to consumer. Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival – Friday 24th – Saturday 25th September 2016, Snape Maltings
A celebration of Suffolk’s thriving food and drink scene, the festival takes place over two days in the beautiful surroundings of Snape Maltings – next to the river Alde and close to the Suffolk coast. The tasty event features an impressive 90+ food and drink producers, all ready to sell and market their produce to over ten thousand attendees, making it the ideal place to get your fresh foodie brand discovered – especially in the dedicated start-up area.
With the aim of helping people understand the connection between food, people, farming and the landscape, the festival encourages people to support the local economy and reduce ‘food miles’. BBC Good Food Show – Friday 11th – Sunday 13th November 2016, London Olympia
Arguably one of the most celebrated consumer food and drink shows, the BBC Good Food Show attracts an affluent, urban audience of over 25,000, making it a great place to launch a new product, heighten brand awareness, reach new audience of improve sales.
