To create an on and offline 360 degree campaign to drive awareness and conversation around an exclusive homewares collaboration between interior design brand Brabantia and ‘Queen of prints’ – Irish designer Orla Kiely. Building links to support SEO objectives and ultimately to drive sales.

Creative:

  • Filmed by iconic London landmarks, a short film was created to announce the collaboration
  • Designed a larger-than-life 3 metre high Orla Kiely bin for the launch event at Potters Fields Park with Tower Bridge as its backdrop
  • Conducted a Media Tour to key journalists, hand-delivering samples/press materials in a specially commissioned retro campervan wrapped in Orla’s print
  • To encourage footfall and sales, a collaboration was arranged with John Lewis and Heart FM promoting a competition for a chance to win an Orla Kiely room makeover
  • Passers-by were encouraged to share their thoughts/launch images on social media
  • All activity was timed to coincide with the trade launch at Ambiente in Germany

 

Results:

  • 85 pieces of on and offline coverage including an exclusively style room set makeover with top interiors blogger Bright Bazaar (reach 400,00 readers a month)
  • Featured in The Daily Mail’s Mother’s Day Gift Guide (reach 2.3 million readers a day)
  • House to Home website for Livingetc, Ideal Home, 25 Beautiful Homes, Beautiful Kitchens, Homes & gardens, Style at Home and Country Homes & interiors
  • Articles in Real Homes, Livingetc, Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Bedrooms, Interior Design Today and Heart Home magazines
  • Ongoing seeding of launch video – 55,000 views (so far!)
