Matt Anderson - Commercial Director

Matt Anderson is the Commercial Director of Montage Communications. His marketing strategy and business acumen stems from 10 years' of senior management roles with Dyson and P&O Trans European. Matt provides a real insight into a clients needs on behalf of the Agency. He ensures communications strategies form "an integrated approach", allowing alignment with a company's marketing and sales strategy.
Aime Southgate - Creative Director

Creative Director Aime Southgate, was the 2001 winner of the Best Young Achiever in the South West Institute of Public Relations Award for her strategic communications campaigns. Aime has 11 years' experience in communications consultancy throughout the UK and abroad. She is the co-founder of Montage and now heads up the public relations team in Bristol devising strategic and well-planned campaigns with outstanding results.
Kevin Coughlan - Account Director

Kevin’s experience as a communicator covers more than three decades in both the media and public relations. He occupied a number of senior positions in an 18-year career at the Bristol Evening Post, including Business Editor, before moving into PR. Kevin has also been responsible for editing and producing a range of client publications, including LINK South West magazine and leaflets and brochures of all shapes and sizes. His strategic consultancy skills and detailed knowledge of high tech industry sectors, such as aerospace, are outstanding.
Philippa Bevan - Account Director

With more than 20 years' experience in the UK public relations agency environment, Philippa Bevan has a proven ability to translate client briefs into creative and strategically focused communications campaigns that produce quality driven results. She has worked for clients from the public, corporate, education, property, voluntary, and employment sectors and thrives on this variety of work. She is a conscientious, talented and dedicated PR consultant who enjoys establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients.
Dev Chakraborty - Media Sales Director

Dev Chakraborty heads our Media Buying and Planning arm, delivering access to the UK’s most competitive and effective advertising media through his 17 years' experience in commercial broadcast and print. Former station MD of STAR FM, a part of UKRD, Dev ensures that clients’ advertising spend works harder. Dev is responsible for devising bespoke integrated PR and advertising strategies, which maximise results and ensure consistency and positive exposure throughout the campaign.
Hannah Roberts - Senior Account Executive

Hannah has over 10 years' experience in the legal and corporate sectors, providing valuable insight into client needs. She is an English graduate and specialises in community, consumer and B2B communications strategies. An expert in media relations, she works closely with the media to produce engaging and inspirational features on behalf of our clients.
Sophie Burrows - Account Executive

Sophie is working at Montage as part of its new undergraduate scheme. She is predicted to get a 1st in her BA in Marketing at UWE. Also she has gained valuable experience in the media industry by working at the Plymouth Evening Herald. She monitors and evaluates coverage, conducts research, writes press materials and liaises with press and media. Sophie assists the team in the running of their accounts.
